Got a 1-star review on Marketplace…
If someone has no interest, they’d just ignore and move on — so I think they must have had some level of interest. But the content wasn’t a constructive suggestion. They complained that the demo time was too short, yet also said that during that short demo time, the limb positions looked wrong and it didn’t work properly and was useless, so they’d buy something else — all as a parting shot.
Both sellers and buyers are in an equal relationship of exchanging items for currency — if the demo time was too short to verify functionality, the message should simply be “please extend the demo time.” The decision to add a parting jab suggests they have no intention of building a relationship with the seller, so I’ve blocked them from purchasing.
From v2.0, the main store in-world will offer an unlimited demo experience, which should partially address the complaint about demo time being too short.
With v2.0 allowing control of individual body parts, this probably would have been the movement they were looking for — but they won’t be getting the chance.
Not blocking them would have meant they could purchase v2.0, which might seem financially shortsighted. But after putting so much trial and error into something, being disparaged like that makes it impossible to want to sell to them.
